Rancho San Joaquin (zip code 92612) is one of the smaller of the Irvine villages. Located near Culver Drive and the I405 freeway, this village was built in the 1970s.
Since most of the planning was centered on the Rancho San Joaquin Golf Course, an 18-hole course, many of the homes in Rancho San Joaquin have abundant views of the well-kept grounds.
Besides the grounds of the golf course, the village is across from the William Mason Regional Park. This is one of the largest regional parks in the city of Irvine, with countless shady trees and a 9-acre lake.
Activities to enjoy include biking, hiking, model boat sailing and volleyball.
